Confirm, update, or add your voter information at Elections Ontario’s e-Registration service

If you are a resident, owner or tenant of property in Ontario, a Canadian citizen and 18 years of age or older election day, you can vote.

Are you voting early?

Sir Winston Churchill Recreation Centre is the location for early voting and advanced poll dates are as follows:

  • Friday October 7, 2022, 10 am to 8 pm

  • Saturday October 8, 2022, 10 am to 5 pm 

  • Friday October 14, 2022, 10 am to 8 pm

  • Saturday October 15, 2022, 10 am to 5 pm

Are they assessible?

There is only one polling location in Ward 4 that is accessible and that is Sir Winston Churchill  Secondary School. Find the location here.

Make sure you have valid voter information

In order to vote you must present a piece of identification showing your name and address or complete a statutory declaration that you are the elector shown on the voters’ list. Check this list for valid identification.

What about work?

It's important to know, your employer must provide you with three consecutive hours off work between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on voting day, if your scheduled work hours would not otherwise provide you this time.

Ward 4

Also known as the East Hamilton area, Ward 4 is an urban ward situated in the lower city below the Mountain. Bordered by the Escarpment and King’s Forest Golf Course to the south, Hamilton Harbour to the north, Ottawa Street to the west and the Red Hill Valley Expressway to the east. There are eight schools with Ward 4:
